H.E.A.R.T purchased 60 cat beds, 3 giant cat trees for the group cattery rooms, the first air conditioner unit for the animal control trucks, and we are purchasing a cat condo cage unit that houses 4-8 cats. We have donated over $15,000 in medications and these improvements to the shelter so far this year.

H.E.A.R.T. purchased the FIRST air conditioner unit for our animal control vehicles so that stray, sick and injured animals picked up by Animal Control Officers will be transported to the shelter in maximum comfort.

H.E.A.R.T.and Jean Spafford donated $2,200 each for two new cat condos. The City of Chula Vista purchased the 3rd. The cat condos hold up to 8 cats, have private litterbox areas and connecting doors so that socialized cats can "visit" their neighbors.
