H.E.A.R.T. supports the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility (CVACF) veterinary medical, adoption and community education programs. H.E.A.R.T. also promotes spay and neuter programs in the communities served by the CVACF.

H.E.A.R.T. of CVACF was formed by dedicated shelter volunteers and Chula Vista city employees to help meet the needs of the thousands of unwanted animals that enter the CVACF. Your donations can make the difference between life and death for these animals.
